Our Guarantee
If you order a Print on Demand item directly through our website and are not satisfied with the product you receive — for example, if:
• the print quality does not match the design you approved,
• the product arrives damaged or flawed,
• or there was an error in printing or fulfillment —
we’ll gladly offer a full refund or replacement of the item.

How It Works
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at

• your order number,
• photos of the issue,
• and a short description of the problem.
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with a resolution.
Please do not return any products before receiving confirmation from our support team — this ensures that your case is handled quickly and accurately.

Exceptions
This policy applies only to items purchased through the Print on Demand section of our website and paid for online.
It does not apply to:
• Custom development or private label production orders (made-to-order, bulk, or client-specific manufacturing projects);
• Products designed, approved, and produced as part of your brand’s own collection under a manufacturing agreement.
All such orders are handled under individual production contracts and are non-refundable once approved for production.
