Even though the request was straightforward, precision was critical.
We engineered flatlock stitching for comfort and durability, binding at the collar and zipper seams for clean finishing, and reinforced side slits for added strength.
Special attention was given to:
• mesh panel integration without distortion
• zipper alignment and smooth operation
• sleeve and chest logo scaling
• hem balance with a slightly extended back
All trims, including ribbing and hardware, were tested to ensure consistency across both styles.
