Progress information

Step 1. Layout Planning and Fabric Selection

The client requested oversized t shirts with minimal front branding and a bold back statement print.

We began by defining fabric weight and silhouette. A structured cotton jersey was selected to maintain shape and support large back print coverage without distortion.

Next, we finalized artwork placement with exact measurements from the neckline and shoulder seam to ensure visual balance on both front and back.

We confirmed: • chest logo size and alignment • back print scale and spacing • colorways in black and white • oversized fit proportions

A detailed technical file controlled placement dimensions and production tolerances.

Step 2. Print Testing and Production Setup

Since the design relied heavily on typography, print precision was critical.

We tested:
• ink density and opacity
• edge sharpness on large lettering
• color contrast on both black and white bases
• durability after wash testing

Special care was taken to prevent cracking or stiffness in the large back print area.

Only after confirming clarity and consistency did we approve bulk production.

Step 3. Quality Control and Final Delivery

During production, we closely monitored print alignment, fabric stability, and size grading consistency.

Each unit was inspected for:
• centered back print placement
• correct distance from collar
• clean front logo execution
• smooth seam finishing

The final result was a clean, modern statement tee collection with strong visual impact and production ready precision.

Minimal design. Maximum message. Executed exactly to specification.
