For a design driven piece like this, fabric and detailing are critical.
We selected a structured denim base that holds shape while allowing mobility. Contrast pocket panels were developed using durable nylon ripstop for both aesthetic contrast and functional performance.
Before cutting, we tested:
• fabric weight and drape
• seam strength
• zipper durability
• leather patch quality and placement
Every detail was sampled and adjusted to maintain the balance between fashion and wearability.
