Step 3. Production Control and Final Quality Inspection
During production, the focus was placed on print consistency, embroidery clarity, and clean finishing throughout the collection. Since the capsule combined both solid and printed styles, it was important to maintain consistency in overall presentation while preserving the individual identity of each set.
We monitored:
- embroidery placement and readability on the chest;
- print clarity and repeat consistency;
- balance of all-over graphics across the front and back;
- neckline, sleeve, and hem finishing;
- overall garment symmetry;
- visual coordination between tops and bottoms;
- consistency of sizing and set proportion;
- final presentation and clean construction.
Each garment was reviewed to ensure that the fit, detailing, and surface design aligned with the intended concept. Additional attention was given to the printed styles, where spacing, alignment, and print visibility played a major role in the final look of the sets.
Final Result
The final result was a bright, cohesive loungewear capsule with a clear summer identity and a playful, commercially appealing aesthetic. The mix of subtle embroidery, conversational graphics, and coordinated pajama styling gave the collection variety while keeping the overall direction unified.
The collection achieved a polished balance between comfort, character, and visual consistency, resulting in lounge sets that feel both easy to wear and clearly differentiated from standard basics.
