Step 2. Fabric Testing, Embroidery and Print Sampling
For striped polos, precision matters. Stripe alignment across seams and panels was carefully planned before cutting.
We selected a performance fabric that maintains shape, breathability, and color clarity after washing. The material was tested for shrinkage and recovery to prevent distortion of stripes or logos.
The chest embroidery was sampled to confirm clean detailing and proper thread tension.
The back graphic was tested for accurate color reproduction, durability, and correct placement relative to the collar line.
Only after confirming both embroidery and print quality did we approve bulk production.
