Step 2. Molded Cup Development and Construction Refinement
The bra was developed with molded cups, which required a dedicated metal mold and specialized equipment during the development process. Since the cup shape played a central role in both the visual effect and the fit of the style, this stage involved both technical control and construction refinement.
After reviewing the first version, the construction was adjusted to better match the client’s desired neckline effect. The center bridge between the cups was lowered, and the connection point between the bridge and the cups was also moved down to create a deeper plunge and a more defined cleavage line.
Special attention was given to:

smooth seamless-looking surface appearance
support retention during construction changes
soft fabric feel
subtle side shaping and overall visual balance
