Step 3. Size Set Development and Pre-Production Review
With the fabric and branding direction confirmed, we expanded sampling across all three silhouettes and multiple sizes.
This allowed us to review:
- fit consistency across the collection;
- the proportions of each silhouette;
- logo clarity and placement;
- construction consistency across different sizes;
- readiness for bulk production.
Before shipment, the complete size set underwent an internal quality review and was then delivered to the client for final fit evaluation.
After reviewing the samples, the client approved the fabric and overall appearance of the collection. Only minor sizing refinements remained before moving forward with the planned 250-piece order.
By resolving the material, branding, and fit requirements before bulk production, we created a clear and controlled path from a complex product specification to a scalable collection.
