Performance Activewear Development
For this project, the client requested custom athletic shorts designed for comfort, movement, and everyday training.
Activewear requires precise engineering to allow unrestricted movement.
We developed a flexible waistband structure that provides secure fit without pressure. The curved side hem was carefully shaped to enhance range of motion while maintaining a flattering athletic silhouette.
We tested:
• seam strength under stretch
• waistband elasticity retention
• stitch durability during movement
• comfort during high activity
All construction details were refined to balance durability and lightweight comfort.
