Where Are You In The Clothing Production Process?

Whether you only have an idea or already have a tech pack, Fashion Atlas Group can help move your product toward sampling, production, quality control, and delivery.

I Only Have An Idea

You may have sketches, photos, Pinterest references, or a competitor product. We help turn early ideas into a clear product development plan.

I Don't Have A Tech Pack

You do not need a tech pack to start. We can help create specifications, measurements, patterns, and production documents.

I Need A Sample

We develop samples, collect feedback, and make adjustments before moving into bulk production.

I'm Worried About MOQ

Custom production usually starts around 50 units. If your quantity is too small, we can recommend wholesale or private label options first.

I Need Real Pricing

We help estimate production costs based on fabric, trims, branding, country of production, and quantity.

I'm Ready To Produce

We manage sourcing, production setup, quality control, and delivery to move approved products into manufacturing.

Not Sure Where To Start?

Whether you have a tech pack, reference photos, an approved sample, or just an idea, our team can help map out the next steps for your project.

12 Years In Apparel Manufacturing

What We've Learned Working With Brands

Working with startup founders, growing apparel brands, retailers, and private label companies has taught us that successful products are rarely built by accident. The strongest brands follow a consistent development process before production ever begins.

01

Most founders start without a tech pack.

Photos, sketches, references, or samples can be enough to begin product development.

02

Product development matters more than production.

Strong planning before production helps prevent expensive mistakes later.

03

Samples should be refined before scaling.

Fit, fabric, construction, and details should be approved before bulk production.

04

Margins matter more than manufacturing cost.

A product should be planned around target price, MOQ, cost, and future growth.

Founder questions

Starting A Clothing Brand? You're Probably Wondering...

Most founders have the same questions before creating their first sample or placing a production order.

Do I need a tech pack?

No. You can start with photos, sketches, samples, Pinterest references, or competitor products. Our team can help create the technical documentation needed for production.

What is the MOQ?

Custom production usually starts around 50 units. Smaller quantities may be possible, but the cost per piece becomes much higher. If you want to test with very small quantities, wholesale or private label may be a better first step.

How do samples work?

We create the first sample, collect your feedback, make adjustments, and move to production only after the sample is approved.

What if the first sample is not perfect?

That is normal. Sampling is a development process. We adjust fit, fabric, trims, sizing, colors, print, embroidery, labels, and other details until the product is ready for production.

How do I choose fabric?

Fabric sourcing is part of the development process. We help select materials based on product type, target price, quality level, and customer profile.

Will bulk production match the approved sample?

Bulk production follows the approved sample, production specifications, and quality control process. Our team checks production before shipment to help maintain consistency.

How do I know if my product can be profitable?

We help estimate production cost based on your target retail price, quantity, fabric, trims, branding, and production country. We recommend planning around realistic margins before launching.

Can you help if this is my first brand?

Yes. Many clients start with no manufacturing experience. We guide the process from idea and references to sampling, production, quality control, and delivery.
